Each job follows the same sequence. You reach out — by phone, email, or in person. We ask about the watch and what you've noticed. If it sounds like something we can help with, you bring it in for assessment. We examine it and explain our findings. From there you decide whether to proceed, and if so, we confirm the scope in writing before starting.
When the work is finished, we test the movement and share the timing results. Then we contact you to arrange collection. The whole process is calm and straightforward — we don't rush, and we don't assume.

A light adjustment for watches running slightly fast or slow, including regulation, lubrication of accessible points, and a short accuracy check. A friendly option for a piece that simply needs a little attention. Usually completed within a day.
This service is suited to watches where the movement is otherwise sound — the timekeeping has drifted a little, or the watch hasn't been worn for a while and needs a gentle reset. We don't disassemble the movement for this service; the adjustment is made through the regulator and by lubrication at accessible points.

Best for: Watches running noticeably fast or slow without any mechanical damage. A good first step before considering more involved work.
Best for: Watches with stiff, loose, or missing crowns, or cases that feel less sealed than they should. Also appropriate after years without a seal check.
Crown & Gasket Renewal

Replacement of crowns, tubes, and seals to keep a case secure against dust and moisture. Suited to watches with stiff or worn crowns. Components are matched to the model and confirmed with the owner before fitting.
The crown is one of the most used parts of any watch — it's pulled and pushed every time the date or time is set. Over years, the tube that holds it in the case can wear, the seals can harden, and the crown itself can become difficult to operate. Left too long, a damaged crown fitting can let dust or moisture into the movement.

Complete Restoration

A full restoration combining movement servicing, case refinishing, and component renewal for cherished older watches. Each piece is assessed in detail, with a clear written plan agreed before work starts and updates shared throughout.
This is the most involved service we offer. The movement is fully disassembled, cleaned ultrasonically, inspected under magnification, lubricated with appropriate oils, and reassembled. The case is evaluated for refinishing — we discuss what the owner wants to retain and what should be addressed. New seals are fitted throughout. The whole job is documented from start to finish.

- Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Component inspection — jewels, springs, pivots
- Appropriate lubrication at all oil sinks
- Case refinishing per agreed plan
- Full seal renewal throughout
- Written report with timing results
Best for: Older watches that haven't been serviced in ten or more years, or pieces with sentimental value that deserve thorough attention. Timeline is typically two to four weeks.
