Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, whether you've previously accepted cookie preferences — so you don't have to set them again each time.

We use cookies to make the site function correctly and, where you agree, to understand how it's being used so we can improve it.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always on

Required for the site to work. They manage your cookie consent preference and basic session state. These cannot be turned off.

Duration: session or up to 12 months

Analytics Cookies

Optional

Help us understand which pages are visited and how people move through the site. Data is anonymised and used only to improve the website. We use Google Analytics where these are accepted.

Duration: up to 13 months

Marketing Cookies

Optional

Used to understand whether advertising we may run on other platforms reaches the right audience. We currently make limited use of these but include them here for transparency.

Duration: up to 90 days

Preference Cookies

Optional

Remember settings such as language or region so you don't need to re-select them on each visit.

Duration: up to 12 months

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use. These include Google Analytics (if analytics cookies are accepted) and Google Maps (used on our contact page). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it uses the data it collects.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies are either session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a set period). The durations applicable to each category are noted in the descriptions above. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

5. Your Cookie Preferences

7. Your Rights

You may withdraw or adjust your consent to optional cookies at any time using the preference panel above. Disabling analytics cookies means we will no longer receive anonymised usage data from your visits. Disabling marketing or preference cookies may affect the relevance of any advertising you see and may mean certain settings are not remembered between visits. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as the site requires them to function.
